Working Process Of Waste Tyre Recycling Plant for Sale:

Firstly: prepare the appropriate size of waste tire bulks before you begin to turn waste tire into oil.

• As for the whole tires, you should put out the steel wire in tyre sidewall.
• Then, cut the tires which diameter are more than 1200mm diameter into bulks. Less than 1200mm, you don’t need to do this process.
• Crush the tire bulks or diameter less than 1200mmm whole tires into 2-5mm small pieces with the use next comprehensive shredder.

Secondly, feed shredded tyre into the reactor by manual or auto feeder. The hot air from the burning room will flow into the reactor for heating. When the inner temperature of reactor reaches to 100 degrees, the oil gas will be generated and then goes into the manifold firstly.

Thirdly, in the manifold, the heavy particles will be liquefied into heavy oil and drop in the heavy oil tank. The light oil gas rises up and goes into the condensers uniformly.

Fourthly, In the horizontal tubular condensers, the oil gas will be liquefied into fuel oil. A large scale of oil gas will be liquefied into fuel oil and enter into the tank. In the hydroseal, the combustible gas will be desulfurated and cleansed. Then recycled to the burning room to provide heat, saving a lot of fuel.

Fifthly, heat exchange system process: Hot smoke gets out from the reactor through the inner pipe of heat exchange system. Air(oxygen) enter through the out pipe of the heat exchange system. Sixthly, smoke treatment process: In the flue condenser, the smoke will be cooled down. Then enter the dedusting system. Stage 1

Stage 1 machines are built to remove the sidewalls from whole tires. There are a number of reasons to remove sidewalls, including:

• Easier shredding. Sidewalls have a steel bead or belt that runs along the bottom edge. With the sidewalls removed, tire shredding can be done more easily.
• Tighter compressing. Isolated tread is easier to compress and bale, even for large truck tires.
• Less water retention. Once the sidewalls are removed, there’s nowhere for water to collect and sit. This means fewer mosquitos.
• More value. Once separate, treads and sidewalls can be sold as is or further broken down into smaller components. Tires contain rich resources that are useful in a variety of industries.

Stage 2

Stage 2 machines further process separated sidewalls and treads. EECO sells three basic types of stage 2 machines.
